This feedback is a complaint against Government agencies only. MBS has the role to manage complaints according to the definition of complaint as stated on the MBS website, namely mbseremban.spab.gov.my. For the issue of complaints that are outside the jurisdiction of MBS, the complaint must be submitted directly to the Government/Private agency that regulates the entity. It is hoped that this information will help the public understand the scope and role of MBS in managing public complaints.
